Alex’s Spot
Operator. Strategist. Builder.

Clear thinking for hard growth decisions.

I work with founders and operators when the next move carries real weight. We find the constraint setting the ceiling, pressure-test the options on the table, and turn the right decision into an operating rhythm your team can actually run.

What I do

The work starts where easy advice
runs out.

I work with founders and leadership teams from $250K to $50M in revenue who need sharper judgment, cleaner systems, stronger offers, and faster execution. The goal is simple. Find what matters most. Move before the window closes. Build the system that keeps working after the pressure fades.

01

Strategy and diagnostics

Find the real constraint, name the tradeoffs, and turn scattered symptoms into a 90 day decision map. You leave with the issue that deserves attention, the move that deserves priority, and the decisions that can stop draining time.

02

Operating rhythm

Install the cadence that removes guesswork. Weekly numbers. Clear owners. Cleaner meetings. Fewer heroic saves. Better decisions made before the cost compounds.

03

AI and automation

Build practical AI systems that earn their place. Research workflows. Internal tools. Customer-facing agents. Automation that reduces drag, speeds up delivery, and makes the business harder to copy.

04

Brand and offer

Shape the message, offer, and category logic so the right buyer feels the cost of waiting. Positioning should create pressure, trust, and clarity before the first call ever happens.

circling.

Thirty minutes. One real problem. No performance. No pitch theatre. We use the time to cut through noise, pressure-test the options, and identify the next move worth making.

Useful work,
durable thinking,
& decisive action.

Growth strategy, economics, AI, and geopolitics. I tend to work where constraints are real and unavoidable… incentives, tradeoffs, timing, second-order effects.

I focus on ideas that hold up under pressure. The kind that still make sense when money tightens, people get involved, and uncertainty increases. First principles thinking sits at the core of how I operate, using it to separate what is true from what is popular, then turning that into decisions that actually work in practice.

Before the current work, I spent years across local business consulting, SEO, digital growth, software, services, and venture building. Some things worked well. The tougher decisions and mistakes taught me far more.

Today I lead Futurevolution Corp., which acts as the umbrella for the ventures I build, back, and operate, including Phanz. Terrain4 sits alongside it as a separate entity that I co-founded and continue to help run.

The standard is straightforward. Build things that are genuinely useful. Make them durable. Keep improving them over time.

At home, I am a homeschooling father of five, which has a way of sharpening how I think about time, focus, and long-term outcomes. The work that matters most is often built in the background, without much attention.

If you are building something that needs clear thinking, pressure-tested strategy, and decisive execution, I am open to a conversation.
